I'm very limited in the art of using the 'advanced' methods of creating a layout for your page, so I'm not much help in this area Gigi :(
You can go to the 'advanced' tab in the 'change theme' area, and if you click on 'What is CSS?' then follow the links to 'Starting with html & CSS' it provides you with basic tutorials for learning how to use CSS style sheets. It involves using html code, and looked to me like it probably requires some time to devote to learning it.
Maybe someone else here knows of an easier way to change more than just colors and backgrounds on the pages here? Is it possible to use the 'advanced' area to cut and paste code generated from another site?
Hi Gigi,
I know that you can go into your My Page and there is an option on top Change the Appearence of Your Page and you can change the colors of your text and what not. I wonder if you can cut n paste the myspace layouts in the advance tab? Myspace uses the html/css codes too. Try that once?
Gigi - I would suggest skipping the CSS option. The network has many set templates that you can use. The CSS is for people that have experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). If you do not have experience, I would suggest keeping things simple and selecting one of the template choices that are available. You can play around to find one with the colors you like.
